                                                       Measles  is  an  acute,infectious  communicable                              disease  caused  by  Paramyxo viruses. This  virus                               is  filterable  and  may  occur  in sporadic , endemic ,                              epidemic  forms .                                          The Virus  varying  in  size  150-300mm. Gene-                              rally  infants  are  in  safe , since  the  persistence of                              maternal  antibodies  in  them , but  below  two years                              the  dangers  are  more -10% of  all  deaths  in  child-                              rens  below five years  are  of  any  complications  of                              Measles .All  ages  are  affected  by  Measles  especi-                              ally  in  spring - both  males  and  females .Incubation                              period  is  10-14 days .The  transmi

                                   Mumps is an acute infectious disease caused by a Virus -Para Myxo viruses .Generally Viral infections causes changes in the host cell cytolysis and destructions  of the cells . Hear , Parotids glands are affected and other parts such as Sub-mandibular glands , Testicles , Brain ,Pancreas ,Ovary  and Central Nervous Systems may be affected .The Virus enters through Respiratory tract and spreads by droplet .The affected parts  hyperaemic  and  oedematous  with  pain -usually  young adults  and  children's  are  more caught up by Mumps .              The  patient  suffer  from  fever  and  chill , sometimes Epistaxis  ,Stiffness  of  neck and  pain in  Parotids regions  with swelling  and  increased  salivation - cannot take food  in  more  cases .At  about one  week, the  glands swelling  and  fever  subsides . The  incubation  periods  is  average  of   15-20 days .               But  some  complication  may  arising : Unilateral  or Bilateral 

          Hypertension is persistent  elevation of  Systolic and Diastolic blood pressure .Blood pressure is usually measured by using Mercury-Spygmomanometer. The average blood pressure rate is 120/80 mm-of Hg .The blood pressure-Hypertension is defined systolic BP 140 OR higher and diastolic BP of 90mmHg OR higher.          Hypertension leads to damage of main organs Heart , Brain ,Kidneys ,Blood vessels etc. Aetiologically Primary and Secondary .In primary ( Essential) no obvious precipitating factors and  includes at about 90-95% of patients. At about 50% patients are not knowing the state of the condition . They reach at Hospital when he is on Hypertension in a collapsed condition.He is fatigue,dizziness ,headache and anxiety .Some times throbbing head ache felt in sub-occipital regions leading to Hypertension or in sleep especially in morning .           In secondary hypertension  some times continuation of primary essential hypertension .Renal changes-Acute and Chronic glomer
